As we continue to expand, we seek a highly skilled Digital Sales Manager to drive our business development efforts and solidify our presence in the market. About the Role: The Digital Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our consultancy's portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships within the finance and IT software sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets and/or IT software sales, with a proven professional network in these domains. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business development skills and the ability to recruit top consultants to support RFPs. Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the finance and IT software markets, focusing on expanding our client base and enhancing revenue growth. RFP Creation and Management: Develop and manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), collaborating with internal stakeholders to craft compelling responses that address client needs and requirements. Consultant Recruitment: Build and maintain a network of highly skilled consultants to be included in RFP responses, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, leveraging your professional network to generate new leads and secure long-term partnerships. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments in financial services and IT software, identifying opportunities to offer innovative solutions to clients. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, set clear goals, and track performance metrics to ensure successful attainment of business objectives. Qualifications: Educational Background: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven sales experience in finance and/or IT software sectors. Experience in financial markets is highly preferred. Network: Established professional network within financial markets or IT software industry. RFP Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and managing RFPs. Consultant Recruitment Skills: Ability to identify, recruit, and engage consultants with the appropriate expertise to support project bids. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with clients and stakeholders. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and sales skills to drive business development and achieve sales targets. Why Join Us?
