Role and Responsibilities: As a key contributor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and fostering relationships with both existing and new customers. You will focus on specifying a range of product lines within the Healthcare and Spaces markets, with an emphasis on engaging with architecture and design firms. A solid understanding of the construction and bidding process is essential for success in this role. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting presentations, holding appointments with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end-users. By maintaining strong relationships across your customer base, you will establish yourself as a trusted industry resource and product expert. This role will cover the Southeastern Florida territory. The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will reside near the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area and possess a passion for selling premium-quality products. Working for a world-class manufacturer should excite and energize you, and you should thrive in cross-functional team environments. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and organization are essential traits. You should have a bachelor's degree, demonstrate excellent presentation and computer skills, and bring prior outside sales experience in construction or building products. Experience calling on architects and designers is required, and bilingual skills are preferred.
