Description The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing the CX teams to supporting our integrated marketing group across AWS Marketing. This role will oversee program management, design, planning and analytics, and digital marketing functions to drive cohesive and efficient marketing operations. This role will serve as the central hub for top AWS portfolio activations, manage resource and budget allocation across the groups, and leverage marketing research and intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to run the AWS Marketing wide calendar, operationalize and streamline workflows, and measure the performance and ROI of marketing efforts across all service areas. Key job responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end marketing project lifecycle, from strategic planning to successful delivery across all functions. - Allocate resources and coordinate efforts across teams to drive synergy, efficiency, and avoid duplication. - Establish and maintain a centralized marketing calendar to optimize campaign timing, resource utilization, and reduce market saturation. - Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of integrated approaches and best practices. - Provide data-driven recommendations to the CMO and marketing leadership on strategic priorities and operational improvements. - Measure and report on the impact of integrated marketing activities and performance, leveraging analytics to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Oversee the design team to ensure consistent brand representation and high-quality creative outputs across all marketing initiatives. - Guide the planning and analytics team in developing insightful market research and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making. - Direct the digital marketing team in implementing cutting-edge strategies and technologies to maximize online presence and engagement. A day in the life As the Senior Program Manager, you'll start your day by reviewing the marketing calendar and project pipeline across all service areas. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of upcoming campaigns, resolving any resource constraints or schedule conflicts. Throughout the day, you'll meet with the design team to review creative assets, consult with the planning and analytics team on recent market insights, and strategize with the digital marketing team on upcoming initiatives. You'll also analyze performance data across all services, identifying opportunities to optimize operations and drive greater ROI. Finally, you'll partner with the CMO and marketing leadership to refine the integrated marketing strategy and services roadmap. Basic Qualifications - 5 years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 5 years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience Preferred Qualifications - 2 years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
