The Outside Sales Opportunity: As a vital member of our Outside Sales Team, your role is to bring out Interactive solutions to the Binghamton market. Your responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting comprehensive needs analyses, giving product demonstrations, and securing new clients. In addition to your own new business efforts, you will partner with our Radio Account Executives to present our Interactive solutions to their client list. Responsibilities: Bringing our premier digital marketing solutions to the local market through prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling face to face appointments with potential clients Growing our digital clients through new business development, and work with our local radio sellers to grow digital revenue in their existing client base Building relationships with our local radio account executives to train, develop and assist them in closing digital business Working hands-on with your Sales Director to set and exceed sales goals Working with local leadership to achieve digital budgets No Account Management required – our dedicated onboarding and service team takes care of that Qualifications: Proven track record of achieving sales quotas Demonstrated success in growing new business Drive and competitiveness to surpass sales goals and advance your career Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required) BA/BS degree (preferred) Benefits: Competitive base salary with UNCAPPED commission plan 3 weeks PTO 9 paid holidays (including 2 personal/floating holidays) Volunteer Time Off Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Pet Insurance 401(K) Retirement Plan with Company Match Employee Stock Purchase Plan Company-provided laptop, cell phone and hot spot Monthly car allowance Comprehensive training and growth opportunities Unlimited growth potential in a dynamic work environment
