Sales Engineering Leadership: o Provide strategic leadership to the sales engineering team, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives and revenue goals. o Drive technical pre-sales initiatives, supporting the sales team in positioning our AI software solutions effectively. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Collaborate closely with the sales, product management, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to customer engagement. o Work with product management to relay customer feedback and technical requirements for product improvement. 3. Customer Engagement: o Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, engaging with key stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and challenges. o Develop strong relationships with customers, instilling confidence in our technology and solutions. 4. Technical Expertise: o Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the AI, Cloud, and SaaS domains. o Provide technical guidance to the sales team and customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our product capabilities. 5. Team Development: o Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales engineering team. o Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team. 6. Sales Enablement: o Collaborate with the sales enablement function to develop training materials and resources for the sales team. o Ensure the sales team is equipped with the technical knowledge and tools needed for successful customer interactions. 7. Client Presentations and Communication: o Conduct technical presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our AI software solutions. o Serve as a technical spokesperson at industry events and conferences. Qualifications : • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales engineering, preferably as a Director or above. • Background in AI, Cloud, and SaaS technologies. • Strong technical acumen and the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
