Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Sales Manager to join our team. The Partner Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with various channel partners, including but not limited to resellers, value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, and technology partners. Location: Kalamazoo or Grand Rapids Service Center Home Base Serving Both Regions Position Type: Full-time, Exempt Benefits: Health, Vision, Basic Dental & Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401k, Paid Time Off, Paid Training, and Profits Interest in Mercury Broadband Responsibilities: Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing and prospective channel partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, support, and escalations. Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with Mercury Broadband's strategic objectives and target market segments. Develop and execute joint business plans to drive mutual success. Sales Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and tools to effectively market and sell Mercury Broadband's products and services. Conduct regular training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate partners on product features, value proposition, and sales techniques. Pipeline Management: Work closely with partners to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Track partner-generated leads and opportunities through the sales cycle, providing support and guidance as needed to ensure deal closure. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure partner performance and effectiveness. Monitor partner performance against targets, providing regular performance updates and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments. Leverage market insights to inform partner strategies, identify new business opportunities, and enhance Mercury Broadband's competitive position. Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations, to align partner initiatives with broader company objectives and ensure seamless execution. Compliance and Governance: Ensure partner compliance with contractual agreements, program requirements, and company policies. Conduct regular partner reviews and audits to ensure adherence to established standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. 5 years of experience in partner/channel sales management within the telecommunications, technology, or related industry. Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is desirable. Willingness to travel as needed.
