Salary Range: 80-90K annually commission Desired Start Date: Within 30 days of offer. Available Schedule(s): Monday - Friday 8:30am- 4:30pm. Weekends on occasion Summary The Assisted Living Sales and Outreach Manager role serves as a key sales team member and business partner to Assisted Living. This position serves as an external relations agent and must align with our core company values: Caring, Trust, Stewardship, Respect, Integrity , Innovation , and Collaboration . This position is pivotal in driving lead generation and sales for Horizon House's Assisted Living. Under the direction of the Director of Sales and in collaboration with the Director of Assisted Living, this role is responsible for the occupancy of our Assisted Living. This role is responsible for building a referral pipeline from senior centers, hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, assisted living communities, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, and other businesses. Essential Job Duties Responsible for researching, developing, and nurturing referral network relationships and producing referrals. Achieve lead generation objectives with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase assisted living occupancy. Develop and maintain knowledge of Horizon House and other services for older adults. Act as a resource for referral partners. Solid experience in managing the entire sales process, from building the prospect base to securing deposits for move-ins and managing the lead base, generating reports, and providing regular updates to management on hot prospects. Work closely with the Assisted Living Director to facilitate external move-ins that lead to increased occupancy. Work closely with the Care Navigator to support internal moves to assisted living. Use CRM to track and report on business development activities, prospective residents, performance metrics, and outcomes. Host and participate in community events, B2B presentations, and other opportunities to generate brand awareness. Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the general nature of this outside sales job description. Essential Experience/Knowledge/Education/Specialized Training Five years of successful outside sales experience in a healthcare-related field. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred). Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to successfully plan and execute project goals. Strong team player mentality A proven record of successful sales. Must be motivated and able to perform work independently. Must demonstrate the ability to interact appropriately with seniors. Excellent computer skills, including competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database management software, and use of the Web.
