Our client has been a leading manufacturer of premium high purity solvents since 1975. Our client sells high purity solvents directly to primarily Pharmaceutical, Bio-Tech and Life Science clients and often under the private label of partner distributors like Fisher Scientific. Location: Greater Cincinnati area- Remote/Hybrid Flexibility Job Description: As a successful Inside Sales Account Manager, you are responsible for the satisfaction, retention, and growth of accounts (and distributors) in your book of business. You will also probe for opportunities to bring more revenue to your key accounts while building strong relationships and trust. The Inside Sales Account Manager is at the center of ensuring successful delivery, exceptional customer service, and driving commercial sales targets and expectations. Responsibilities: 70% emphasis on account management & creating retention business and 30% emphasis on net new business. Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge, OEM, account management, sales techniques, and best practices. Resolve customer issues, challenges, and billing expediently and professionally. Meet or exceed ongoing KPI activity targets.
