Primary Recruiting Services - Supply Chain Title: Sales Manager Schedule : Fully Remote plus Travel Location: Ideally based out of TX, Chicago, or Atlanta Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 Bonus : Sales Incentive Plan Benefits : Paid holidays, PTO accrual: start at 15 days, 6% 401k and additional 2%, Health, Dental, Vision, etc. Department: Sales What You'll Be Doing: Develop and execute comprehensive national sales strategies to meet sales targets. Lead, manage, and motivate the national sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and product launches. Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with sales policies, pricing strategies, and contractual agreements. What We're Looking For: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or related. Minimum 5-7 years of outside, B2B technical sales experience. Experience with industrial products & ability to convey complex engineered product concepts. Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with co-workers and vendors. Effective verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer proficiency in Office 365.
