We're looking for a skilled Paid Social Campaign Manager to join our marketing team and drive our digital advertising efforts across multiple company ad accounts. Role Overview: As the Google Ads and Meta Campaign Manager , you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search and social campaigns to support our growth objectives. You will have a proven track record in maximizing ROI, a deep understanding of audience segmentation, and a creative eye for campaign optimization. Your expertise will help shape our online presence and drive customer acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences for precise targeting, working closely with data analytics to refine audiences over time. Optimization & Testing: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, using A/B testing, creative rotation, and bid strategy adjustments. Budget Management: Manage and allocate monthly budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve campaign goals. Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to design ads that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., content, design, analytics, product) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across channels. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features across Google Ads and Meta to leverage opportunities for our campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager. Hands-on experience with Google Display Network, Google Shopping, YouTube Ads, and Meta audience targeting. Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with digital marketing tools like [insert relevant tools, e.g., SEMrush, Hootsuite, HubSpot]. Preferred Skills: Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint. Experience in a growth-stage startup or tech industry. Knowledge of SEO best practices.
