Team D3 seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with a successful track record of uncovering opportunities, growing existing accounts and generating new business. You'll introduce Team D3 products and services to new and existing client accounts. The purpose is to have better conversations with C-level personnel to uncover needs then provide solutions to solve the issues. You'll manage and prioritize opportunities, qualify potential new clients, note each client's business drivers, build relationships, present solutions and assist in closing the business. Job Duties and Responsibilities Prospecting calls into sales development of new customers, new logos, generate leads through new channels Begin to build strategic relationships within target account Ask for introductions and leverages referrals Achieving assigned performance metrics Possess technical understanding of a customer's business objectives in order to map a strategy consisting of software, training, and implementation as a solution to those business objectives Timely follow up and follow through on leads received Establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with new customers Consistent use of a defined sales process Document all account sales activity in CRM Maintain product and industry knowledge Client communication such as notification of policy changes, product promos, etc. Emphasis on customer satisfaction, retention and subscription renewals (software and services) Work closely with Team D3 and Autodesk Sales Teams Adhere to Sandler sales principles Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Proven success in sales of software products & services Experience in selling in a high activity environment College degree or equivalent work experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Highly motivated and competitive Disciplined approach to client follow-up Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and online applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team LOCATION & TERRITORY: Territory will cover clients across the U.S. Willingness to travel overnight, estimated less than 10% EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: Minimum two weeks' Flexible PTO annually Nine Paid D3 Observed Standard Holidays Company group health insurance available, nominal fee for employee coverage Employer-paid Short-term & Long-term Disability included Optional Cafeteria Plan Dental, Vision, Life, Insurances Available 401K Program with Team D3 matching up to 4% of your base salary EOE/Veteran/Disabled
