WHO YOU ARE You are a critical member of our Marketing Communications team, leading our brand social strategy with an emphasis on awareness and engagement. You combine innovative ideas with data-driven insights, developing campaigns that align with business objectives and resonate with new and existing audiences. As the subject matter expert for social media, you analyze data and report on campaign results, deriving actionable insights and sharing findings with stakeholders across the business. In this role, you impact some of our highest visibility marketing efforts, developing strategies that enhance our premium brand positioning and support social media best practices. You are comfortable communicating in the Le Creuset brand voice, concepting, and customizing high-quality content to fit different audiences, and briefing agencies, influencers, and other partners for content creation. You manage the Associate Manager, Social Marketing as a direct report and collaborate with various internal teams to achieve cross-functional marketing goals. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Social Media Strategy: Lead brand social media marketing strategy, translating goals and concepts into cohesive campaigns that engage audiences across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter/X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Guide community management strategy, working with the Associate Manager, Social Marketing to maintain an active, positive community presence Manage strategy, budget, and execution for brand paid social campaigns, working with agencies to drive top-of-funnel brand awareness Content Development and Social Influencer Partnerships: Oversee social content and editorial calendar, working with the Associate Manager, Social Marketing to ensure best practices, effective messaging, and a clear, consistent brand identity Develop social creative concepts, then identify, brief, and manage social influencers, content creators, agencies, in-house creative team, and other vendors to bring that content to life Create original content when needed from events, photo shoots, and other brand activations, with an emphasis on high-quality short vertical videos Social Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on channel performance, deriving actionable insights to inform and optimize future social campaigns Stay on top of industry trends to identify opportunities and drive broader brand relevance Communication and Leadership: Effectively train and manage Associate Manager, Social Marketing Communicate and present social strategy and performance to stakeholders, executives, global subsidiaries, and other teams Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, creative, wholesale, e-commerce, and retail teams to align on strategy and accomplish overall marketing goals WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must be located in the Charleston, SC area Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a major in marketing, communications, or a related field strongly preferred 5 years of proven experience in social media management for an established brand, preferably in premium retail, home goods, food media, or other related consumer goods category Highly engaged in social media, with strong understanding of the different nuances, audiences and strategies for each channel: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing style to suit our brand voice and to suit each social channel Experience with content production supporting premium lifestyle brands, with a keen eye for branding and the ability to recognize and create content that meets brand standards and supports social media best practices Proven skill in leveraging data to demonstrate social media success - using analytics to review performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations Experience using third party social media scheduling and analytics platforms, with a preference for candidates familiar with Sprout Social Highly skilled in high quality vertical video content, including cell phone content capture and mobile video editing optimized for specific platforms Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop preferred Self-starter with excellent time management, accountability, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills Ability to work effectively with a team and individually in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines, creating and posting social content with little need for oversight EXTRA EXTRAS All applicants must provide examples of past work to be considered for this position.
