The New York State Bar Association, a nonprofit professional association based in Albany, is currently seeking a full-time Law Firm and Large Group Sales Manager. The position is responsible for driving new membership sales using effective selling concepts, methods and techniques to show the value of NYSBA’s products, services and solutions. The Law Firm and Large Group Sales Manager will establish new member relationships and maintain existing relationships with law firms and large groups. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience, preferably in membership or legal sales, with a proven knowledge of selling concepts, methods and techniques is required. Experience with Fonteva/Salesforce or similar records management software is a plus. The candidate must be an ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation and have exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills on the phone and in person. Travel is required. The NYSBA offers an excellent salary and bonus program based on sales performance, and benefit package. A hybrid office/remote schedule may be available.
