Business Development Executive Job Information: Direct hire. Must be based out of New Jersey. Requires NJ Title Producer's License (active and valid). This is 100% a Sales position. Remote, hybrid & in-office expectations: Required to check-in with local or regional office for meetings, appointments and may need to produce work from an office, regularly/consistently. Remote/hybrid work may be arranged in future (once trained) but performance expectations remain the same regardless of work arrangement and being asked to work out of one of our regional offices should be expected without push-back at times. (Office located in Toms River, Hackensack, or Mercerville) Fortune 500 company. Excellent benefits package. Salary consummate to experience and will be determined along with commission schedule. Must have NJ Title Producer's License from the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (NJDOBI) Business Development Executive (Title Insurance) Responsibilities: Works closely with existing key accounts and develops new business, brings in additional business and helps manage major accounts. Solicits commercial and residential title insurance business from attorney, real-estate agents, new construction executives, banking/lenders and other key players in commercial and residential title insurance. Leverages corporate relationships and private investors to identify potential commercial or residential title insurance leads Develops a book of business, manages work flow and plays key part of delivering title clearing service and assurance. Entertains key accounts as needed. Business Development Executive (Title Insurance) Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree or higher is desired. JD a plus. A valid New Jersey Title Producer's License is required and cannot be waived or obtained prior to hire. At least five (5) years working in title insurance. Must possess the ability to sell title insurance. Speaks with attorneys, real-estate stakeholders, banking/lenders and various other key players in the title insurance business. Ability to sell title insurance. Must possess a valid New Jersey Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
