Our Overland Park, KS location is looking for an Account Executive, Install. The Install Account Executive will serve as an internal point person and liaison for our company's customers in North America to ensure total customer satisfaction. Primary responsibility will include interacting with customers on an ongoing basis, entering orders, and handling requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. As an integral part of the Installed Account Team, this Account Executive leverages other Cloud Inventory resources, such as presales engineers, to help identify new software, hardware, and service opportunities that align with our customers' corporate strategy and help exceed sales goals. Responsibilities Identify and manage client stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with key individuals across multiple levels (primary contact, executives, procurement, accounts payable/receivable, legal, etc.). Drive software expansion opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle and at the time of renewal. Work closely with our Customer Office to assess overall account health and review client value achievement. Proactively collect, analyze, and share client feedback and data with internal teams. Manage a portfolio of client renewals end-to-end including forecasting and account planning. Notifying clients of upcoming contract expiration early in the process, presenting renewal proposals, contract negotiation, and execution of appropriate agreements. Ensure successful, on-time execution of renewal processes, contract execution, and accurate forecasting. Monitor customer Cloud Usage and Transaction Volume to determine health and risk of renewal. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Office, and Finance colleagues for a seamless renewal journey. Review and understand contract terms and conditions to ensure customers are compliant and manage proper documentation within our CRM. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience. 2 - 5 years' experience within the Technology industry, ideally with SaaS products. 2 - 5 years' experience of account management/client success experience, preferably with exposure to contract renewals. Track record of success and high achievement. Experience in B2B sales with an emphasis in contract negotiation and renewals preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent ability to establish rapport with customers and colleagues.
